Heritage to Hitchcox

Once a vibrant agricultural farm, we embarked on a grand transformation. With boundless passion and a touch of audacity, we set out to replant this soil with a thousand majestic cider apple trees.

Oh, but we didn’t stop there! Over the years, we’ve added hundreds more, amassing an awe-inspiring collection of over 60 varieties.

Today, this enchanting 10-acre property is a harmonious blend of orchard, forest, Cider House, and whimsical gardens, where even our furry friends and a lively ASD school find their place.

Keeping it real

With over 1,000 trees and 30 unique apple varieties, our orchard is like a bustling metropolis for apples, each variety bringing its own flair to the cider party. From the tangy kick of traditional cider apples to the sweet caress of dessert varieties, we’ve got a flavour for every palate.

We believe in keeping things natural and simple. No artificial additives, no shortcuts — just pure, honest cider crafted from hand-selected apples grown right here on our working farm. It’s a labour of love, but when you’re this passionate about cider, it hardly feels like work.
