Named after the 19th-century nurseryman who first cultivated the apple, Harry Masters Jersey (or HMJ to its friends) is a bittersweet classic that brings balance, depth, and old-world charm to every bottle.

Pressed using our trusted 1971 cloth press and slowly matured for over a year in vintage oak barrels, this single-variety cider is a masterclass in patience and craft. The result is a medium-dry pour with a smooth, rounded flavour and a gently tannic finish.
